Future Plans for SCAC: People are talking and rumors abound. To all of our valued clients, we want you to hear the facts and learn about our future plans first from us rather than from “rumor control” or a jealous competitor.

Within three years, our plans for the property include a new building for expansion of our existing Athletic Club and Sports Complex.

Our property will become part of The Commons, a new master-planned, mixed use urban retail and office project that includes our property. The same amenities you enjoy today at SCAC will be offered in our new 55,000 square foot Athletic and Sports Club complex planned for the property, with no plans to raise our current clients’ monthly payment.

We are very proud to be part of this new urban project that will include SCAC and many other retail, commercial and destination restaurant business owners and tenants. This is the most dramatic and upscale urban development planned for Santa Clarita, and it’s happening right here!  We want all of our current and future clients to be a part of this exciting project and in the growth of SCAC, and we will keep you posted on our progress as we proceed through the regulatory and City approval process for our new building.

SCAC will continue to serve the Santa Clarita Valley with safe, comfortable, family friendly athletic and sports complex environments, strategically located throughout the City, and we believe our new building will be the finest facility in Southern California!
