As a service to our members, the Santa Clarita Athletic Club offers methods to change membership billing information and to cancel or freeze a membership (subject to the specific terms of the member’s contract).
Change Billing Information To change billing information (address, payment method or account), simply right click on the Electronic Funds Transfer/Change of Account form to save it to your computer, then print it out, fill it in and mail to:

Cancel/Freeze Membership If a member moves to an area that is more than 25 miles from an affiliated health club the member may cancel membership, provided written notification is submitted to the club, including proof of relocation (copy of phone or electric bill in member’s name at relocated address). Cancellation fee of $50.00 will be assessed.
If a member is temporarily disabled or temporarily relocated the member may request a freeze on the membership, provided advance written notification is submitted to the club, including evidence of temporary disability or relocation. The minimum freeze accepted will be for one month and the maximum freeze accepted will be for six months for any single occurrence.
To freeze membership, simply right click on the Freeze form to save it to your computer, then print it out, fill it in and mail to:
