One-on-one sessions will help you improve your strength, endurance and technique, all while maximizing your time in the gym. Personal trainers will design your exercise program and set short and long term goals for you. They’ll show you how to use the equipment and how to make your workouts fun and effective. Personal training includes a fitness consultation that evaluates your cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, and body composition and flexibility.
